The War OF 1812 South Western Ontario

South West Ontario was home to some of the most important stories during the War of 1812 and will host some of the most exciting commemorations in the coming years. The first shots, the first death and the first ship capture all happened here. You can’t have firsts without lasts. The great warrior Tecumseh fought his last battle in the South West and several of the 1812 projects acknowledge and commemorate his contributions.
